of Information UEB does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes under any circumstances.

6. International Representations
The International Tradesmen’s Association may maintain representations and engage in international collaborations
outside of Turkey.
The sharing of information with overseas representative offices is conducted only to the extent necessary
for the conduct of activities and in accordance with applicable laws.
In cases where personal data must be transferred abroad, the necessary administrative and technical measures are taken in accordance with the provisions
of relevant legislation.

In the event of any disputes, the competent courts and enforcement offices affiliated with the Istanbul Anatolia Courthouse shall have jurisdiction.
